Information about the administration of personal data

1. The administrator of your personal data are: Socratesa Development Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Jana Kazimierza 62A and Bukowińska Development Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Ul. Jana Kazimierza 62A (“Administrator”).

2. Your personal data obtained in connection with the implementation of the booking application will be processed for the following purposes:

1. related to the conclusion and execution of the notification, any preliminary or binding contract, as well as any sales contract,
2. for business purposes, including analysis, reporting and statistics,
3. respond to letters, requests and complaints,
4. to respond in ongoing proceedings,
5. related to the redress of possible claims, damages,
6. Archiving
7. activities related to ensuring the security of data processing.

3. The legal basis for the processing of your data will be:

1. the necessity to comply with a notification, a sales contract or to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of a preliminary or binding contract;
2. necessity for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the controller e.g. such as replying to your letters and requests,
3. consent given,
4. necessary to comply with the legal obligation incumbent on the controller.

4. Your data may be transferred to the following entities:

1. third parties in connection with activities commissioned by the Administrator on his behalf;
2. entities entitled under the law;
3. control and supervisory entities.

5. Your data may be transferred to third countries in compliance with security measures common in Poland.

6. The period of processing of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data are processed. The period during which your personal data will be stored is calculated on the basis of the following criteria:

1. the duration of the notification or any of the afored contracts;
2. legal provisions that may oblige the Controller to process data for a certain period of time;
3. period that is necessary to protect the interests of the Administrator;
4. consent given.

7. In addition, we inform you that you have the right to:

1. request access to personal data about you;
2. rectification of the data,
3. request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
4. erasure or restriction of processing,
5. object to the further processing of your personal data,
6. transfer your personal data to the designated database.

8. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your data, which was carried out on the basis of the consent given before its withdrawal.

9. If you have any doubts about the correctness of the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

10. Administrator. does not use automated decision-making systems.
